About

Founded in 2015, Numeni has evolved from Champagne networking seminars and events, to include a social networking and mentoring platform for leaders – and now a Numeni Magazine. A Spanish language edition was planned for the Americas, but this has changed into an online magazine for leaders worldwide.

Leadership

Numeni was established by Pamela Hongsakul for the purpose of leadership development. Since 2004, her leadership clients came from both political and business leaders.

Numeni is an extension of that effort to support public leaders. There is no political nor religious affiliation.
Numeni
Numeni comes from ‘Numen’ – the Latin term for something with the presence of the divine

Letter from the Editor

When I first imagined Numeni, I kept returning to one question: where do today’s leaders go to be inspired by each other?

Not to be sold to. Not to be flattered. Inspired — by the kind of courage, curiosity, and quiet conviction that rarely makes headlines, but shapes everything that does.

We live in a world that rewards noise over substance, and power over purpose. Numeni exists as a counterweight to that — a space where trailblazing leaders, thinkers, and changemakers can share not just what they’ve built, but why it mattered, and what it cost them to build it.

This magazine is a gathering place for the kind of people who are still asking hard questions long after they’ve earned the right to stop. Philanthropists and founders. Diplomats and artists. Athletes and community leaders. People from nearly sixty nations, carrying vastly different stories, united by one thing: a refusal to lead a small life.

I’m honored to bring you their stories, and I hope you’ll find your own courage reflected somewhere in these pages.
